My flight with Biman was good mostly because the timing worked out well. Boarding felt a little slow at first, which made me think we’d be delayed, but somehow we still left almost on time and landed when we were supposed to. I wouldn’t say everything was great, but at the same time I don’t really have much to complain about. For me, avoiding a long delay matters more than the small stuff. It wasn’t amazing, but it was also kind of exactly what I needed. I’d probably fly with them again if the schedule stays this reliable.

From what I remember, the cabin was really clean when I got on the plane. The seats and tray table looked like they’d been wiped down, and even the floor was tidy. It made the whole flight feel a lot more comfortable.

Redeeming points wasn’t too hard either, just took a bit of clicking around to figure it out. I used points for extra baggage once and that helped alot. So far, I’m happy with it.

They called people by rows, so it felt organized and not chaotic like some flights can be . I got to my seat without standing around too long . Overall, it was simple, stress free, and I was happy with it .

The only thing I’d say is the website could feel a little more modern or polished in a few spots, but overall it was much easier than I expected and I’d use it again
